Video journalist | Filmmaker
Aletta Harrison is an award-winning video journalist and filmmaker based outside Canterbury, England. She is especially interested in telling stories about the natural world and conservation.
With a 12 year background in news she has a strong track record in production, shooting and editing, as well as directing and photography.
She is a qualified drone pilot and has filmed in a variety of different environments from African game reserves, to the deck of the SA Aghulhas II in the Indian Ocean and English woodlands. She has worked in multiple countries including South Africa, Malawi, Uganda, Mauritius.
When she is not working on her next project she is lecturing in video journalism and digital storytelling at the University of Kent's Centre for Journalism.
